Raniere, claiming he invented teleconferencing, is called a liar by Judge Lynn in lawsuit against Microsoft, ATT&T

March 4, 2017 Reporter 0

Keith Raniere may not be a cult leader.

He may not or may not have swindled the gullible Clare and Sara Bronfman out of more than $100 million. He may not have led Clare Bronfman to commit perjury repeatedly in different lawsuits.

But, according to one US District Judge, Keith Raniere is most certainly a liar.

Chief Judge Barbara MG Lynn of the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division, wrote in a decision last September that Raniere deceived the court.

Raniere himself admitted he lied but it was a harmless lie.

Down Memory Lane with Raniere, Bronfmans, Lama Tenzin and Dalai Lama

The Dalai Lama speaks in Albany. Clare and Sara Bronfman are seated onstage with him.

As readers know, NXIVM conducts “human potential and ethics” seminars in Albany and elsewhere. Keith Raniere is the company’s founder. And Clare and Sara Bronfman (two of heiresses of the Seagram’s fortune) started investing with Raniere around 2003.

By 2007 the Bronfman sisters had invested more than $100 million in commodities, real estate and in litigation to sue adversaries who were preventing NXIVM from reaching its full potential.

Some of the litigation was aimed at indicting adversaries, including one of Raniere’s harem members who left the NXIVM group.

A federal lawsuit filed by NXIVM (pronounced nexium) against cult tracker Rick A. Ross was dismissed last month by US District Judge Katharine S. Hayden after 14 years in federal court.

Keith Raniere, of Albany, NY, is the founder of NXIVM, a “human potential company” that offers personal growth seminars based on Raniere’s “Rational Inquiry” system.

In the lawsuit, Raniere claimed defamation, copyright and trade secret violations after Ross published reports by Dr. Paul Martin, a psychologist, and Dr. John Hochman, a psychiatrist, which characterized NXIVM as a cult that brainwashed seminar participants.

Parlato claims to have uncovered ‘perjury’ by Seagram heiress Clare Bronfman

Motion to Dismiss Denied by Magistrate in Parlato Case

Sometimes it takes a long time for the truth to come out.

But Frank Parlato says the truth about serial litigator and alleged cult member Clare Bronfman is finally going to come out.

And that truth is, “she is a perjurer,” Parlato says.

Parlato has been charged by the Federal Government with a 19-count indictment alleging that he cheated Clare Bronfman and her sister Sara Bronfman, who are  heirs to the Seagrams’ liquor fortune, and members of NXIVM which critics, including their father, claim is a cult.

The Proof of Clare Bronfman’s Perjury in Parlato Case Comes to Light

Here is a little game for those who want to be detectives.

It will take some deductive reasoning.

It concerns the federal case against Frank Parlato and a contract the US Government claims was entered into by Parlato and Clare and Sara Bronfman, Seagram heirs, alleged serial litigators, and alleged cult members.

AUSA Anthony Bruce [retired] claims that a contract, called a Letter of Intent, dated Jan. 2008. is enforceable writing to Parlato.

He wrote to Parlato that, “[T]he layman (Parlato) interpretation of the contract you entered into with the Bronfman sisters was [not enforceable], in a word, wrong.’”

THE CULT OF NXIVM SERIES PART 13: SHOULD THERE BE AN INVESTIGATION BY LAW ENFORCEMENT?

February 18, 2016 Staff 0

Frequent readers of Artvoice have seen our long running series The Cult of NXIVM. The series exposes over and over again that behind NXIVM’s so called executive coaching program is a world of lurid sex, powerful money, danger, vengeance and alleged criminality. At the center of it all, and the target of our articles, is Keith Raniere, the former TV infomercial conman turned self-proclaimed spiritual guru. Why would we repeatedly keep writing about the same subject? We keep writing about it because law enforcement still hasn’t taken action, because the courts still haven’t taken action, because no prosecuting attorney has taken action.

Keith Raniere – with Bronfman millions and a master’s knowledge of hypnosis – has created a cult around his personality – and reportedly has become fabulously wealthy

Keith Raniere, 55, the founder of NXIVM, keeps a harem that averages about 20 women – a few of whom come and go, He has sexual relations with many others, too –as he evaluates them for inclusion in his harem.

Since 2003, Clare and Sara Bronfman, heirs of the Seagram’s liquor fortune, have subsidized Raniere, his harem and NXIVM, his life coaching seminar company that critics have called a cult.

Bronfman money pays for homes, offices, clubs, and condos in Albany, resorts in the Caribbean, Fiji, West Palm Beach, and Los Angeles. And it pays for dozens of workers, some of whom are illegal aliens, to serve Raniere and his business schemes and provide comfort for him and his harem.

CULT OF NXIVM SERIES PART 11: RANIERE HANDLES HIS HAREM AND A LOT MORE

Gina Melita. claims Keith Raniere in his mid 20’s had sex with her when she was 15.

Recap from last week: I was hired as a consultant by NXIVM, in September 2007 when the company was embroiled in multiple lawsuits and several press articles accused it of being a cult. One of my tasks was to stop the negative publicity.

But I soon observed that Keith Raniere, the founder and leader of NXIVM, had a secret harem of a dozen or more women, although NXIVM students were led to believe he lived like a celibate monk. I also discovered that Raniere had “lost” $65.6 million of the Seagram’s heiresses Clare and Sara Bronfman’s money in the commodities market and that he advised the sisters to invest another $26.3 million in a real estate deal in Los Angeles. And I recognized that the lawsuits and the bad press were a tool Raniere used to keep his harem women in a constant state of crisis, forever circling the wagons to protect him.

Keith Raniere (above) advised the Bronfmans to invest in the commodities futures market. He also handled the investments directly with the broker. He lost $65.6 million of their money. Was it legit or was there a scam at play?

Seeds of Prosecution of Raniere/Bronfman may be found in 17 boxes held by Bouchey

January 31, 2016 2705rich1978 0

NXIVM/Executive Success Programs (ESP) and Clare and Sara Bronfman have made an effort to get copies of records that fill 17 boxes that are in the possession of Barbara J. Bouchey.

In those boxes [which are copies of original records already in the possession of Clare and Sara Bronfman] are items which might be of interest to enemies of NXIVM/Executive Success Programs (ESP)/Clare and Sara Bronfman and Keith Raniere.

It might also be of interest to law enforcement.

Bouchey is a Registered Investment Adviser since 1990, a Certified Financial Planner since 1990, a Broker Dealer since 1997. She held securities licenses with the FINRA since 1985.

According to multiple sources, Gina Hutchinson was raped by Keith Raniere when she was 15. She committed suicide. Her sister Heidi says Raniere killed her

Next week we will feature shocking and lurid tales of people who were inside NXIVM.

Here is an excerpt from comments one person calling herself “the Rat” made about Keith Raniere, founder of NXIM:

“By the time they read this, I will have gone back to Mexico with Edgar. I served as their pawn for too long (like Jim). I see my responsibility in the deaths of [Gina Hutchinson] in the monastery and Esther’s friend in Alaska (Kristen Snyder). … It was suicide, so it could not be linked to me and Keith. But we still encouraged it to happen.

CULT OF NXIVM SERIES PART 10: THE LOVE CULT OF EL-SICKO

Sara Bronfman at Necker Island. She rented the entire island for a week to promote the secret teachings of her master, Keith Raniere

When I was hired as a consultant by NXIVM, in September 2007, the company was embroiled in multiple litigations. In addition, reporters were sniffing around and writing stories about the “life coaching” group–mostly bad stories. Critics claimed NXIVM was a cult. One of my tasks was to explore how to stop the negative publicity and reshape it to something more positive.

At that time, students of NXIVM paid monthly membership fees of about $180 per month, plus another $2,000 to $7,000 several times per year for special training seminars called ‘intensives” that were needed for one to advance in the course (one could also progress by bringing in new students).
